"I have been insured through Shanon for many years and received the absolute best customer service. On May 27th, 2026 at 2:05am a very large pine tree fell onto and into my home. I had never experienced anything like this and absolutely did not know what to do. I wanted to leave my home but did not know the protocol of what the process for insurance temporary housing was. I called the 1-800 number and was really not able to get the answers I needed to guide me in what to do. By the time Shanon's office opened that morning I was beside myself and very anxious. I called Shannon office, he was on the phone, so I left a message. Within 5 minutes, he returned my call, listened to what I had to say, could hear the fear and confusion in my voice and told me he would be at my house in 15 minutes. He then came to my home, told me what to do for temporary housing and explained what the insurance process will be moving forward for the reconstruction of my home. He came personally and gave me guidance and comfort. In a world where personal service has become almost non-existent, Shanon Salsibury provided it with compassion and care. I already knew his customer service was great, now I would say it is phenomenal. I would say he is worth a visit if you are looking for an exceptional agent.
